Discovery’s Chef is not restricted in what meals he can prepare and the food onboard is fresh and delicious. We strive to provide a varied and creative menu that may include some of the items listed below.

Lunch
Welcome Aboard buffet lunch (Day 1 only),
Lunch Salad (Chefs Salad, Chicken Caesar, Mixed green salad with seared Salmon),

Shrimp Fettucini served in a light tomato based, garlic and white wine sauce,
Pan seared Alaskan Salmon (or Halibut) over Mushroom Quinoa, Broccoli & a Beurre Blanc sauce,
Crab Feast served family style:
Dungeness crab, Corn on the cob, Boiled potatoes, Green salad and Veg
Course Three – Dessert
Creme Brûlée,
Bananas Foster,
Fresh fruit Pavlova meringue with a passionfruit syrup,
Chocolate brownie and ice-cream,
